By accessing or using LB GIG, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Accounts
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality of their login credentials.
• LB GIG reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any account at its sole discretion, especially in cases of fraudulent activities or violations of these Terms.
• Users agree not to share their accounts or use another person’s account.

3. Services and Transactions
• Clients can post projects, and freelancers can offer their services through the platform.
• Payments for projects must be processed through LB GIG’s secure payment gateway.
• Freelancers must complete work as per agreed terms, and clients must release funds upon successful delivery.
• LB GIG does not guarantee the quality of services provided but offers a dispute resolution system.
• Disputes between users will be resolved by LB GIG’s mediation team, and their decision will be final.
• Any direct payment transactions outside of LB GIG’s system are strictly prohibited.

4. Fees and Payments
• LB GIG may charge a commission or service fee on freelancer earnings, which will be disclosed before accepting a project.
• Clients must deposit funds into an escrow system before hiring freelancers.
• Payouts to freelancers are subject to processing times and applicable transaction fees.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and LB GIG holds the right to approve or deny refunds based on the dispute resolution process.

5. User Conduct
• Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• Any fraudulent activity, harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not post misleading, false, or inappropriate content.
• Spamming, phishing, or any form of malicious activity is prohibited.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE.
• LB GIG reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property
• Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Clients receive full usage rights upon successful project completion and payment.
• Users must not use, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted content without permission.
• LB GIG holds the right to use aggregated data for analytical and marketing purposes while maintaining user privacy.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
• LB GIG is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for disputes between users.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
• LB GIG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

8. Termination and Suspension
• LB GIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may request account closure at any time.
• Upon termination, any remaining balance or pending payments will be handled as per our refund and payout policies.
